At PixelBloom, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with us through our website, services, or direct communication.

Personal Details: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing address.

Project Information: Design briefs, references, brand assets, and feedback provided for design and development projects.

Usage Data: Browsing activity on our website, time spent on pages, and device information (collected via cookies or analytics tools).




How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for:

  • Communicating with you about your project.
  • Creating and delivering design, UI/UX, and web solutions.
  • Processing invoices and payments.
  • Improving our services and user experience.
  • Sending project updates, offers, or important business communication.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

 

Data Security

We implement reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your personal and project information from unauthorized access or misuse.


Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party platforms for payments, project management, or communication (e.g., Razorpay, Google Workspace, or WhatsApp). Each has its own privacy policies.

Project Rules & Payment Terms

To ensure clarity, transparency, and a smooth working experience, the following rules and payment terms apply to all PixelBloom design and development projects:  



Project Initiation:


Project Confirmation

  • A detailed discussion will take place to understand your requirements, goals, and scope of work.
  • After finalizing the scope, we will share a formal Project Agreement Document outlining deliverables, pricing, timelines, and rules.
  • Your signature (digital or written) on the document is required to begin the project. 


Advance Payment Required

  • 40% advance payment is mandatory to initiate the project.
  • No design or development work will begin before receiving the advance.


Payment Structure
  • 40% Advance – To start the project.
  • 30% Midway – After first stage approvals (design mockups, drafts, etc.).
  • 30% Final – Upon completion and before final file delivery or website handover.

For small-value projects (₹50–₹200), full payment is required in advance. These are handled as one-time, non-revisable projects.


Revisions & Changes
  • Each project includes up to 2 free revisions per item.
  • Additional changes or major edits beyond scope will incur extra charges.
  • If urgent delivery is required (shorter than agreed timeline), rush charges will be applied based on project complexity.


Final Deliverables
  • All final files (print-ready, digital assets, code, etc.) will be delivered only after the final payment is received.
  • Files will be shared in appropriate formats (e.g., PNG, PDF, AI, XD, Figma, or ZIP) via email or shared cloud link.
  • For web projects, final website files or server credentials will be handed over only after 100% payment is cleared.

 

Additional Notes
  • PixelBloom retains the right to showcase project work in its portfolio unless otherwise requested.
  • All payments are non-refundable once the project begins, as time and resources are allocated immediately.
